Shipments
1. Delivery methods
We offer the guarantee of working with top-tier shipping companies (Fedex & Correos) that provide their customers with an online tracking system, allowing you to know the status of the shipment at any time and from anywhere.
2. Order dispatch times
Delivery times are average times corresponding to preparation-manufacturing and shipping times. The delivery time for orders from our online store ranges from 48 hours to a maximum of 15 business days.
The specific deadline for each order varies according to the stock available at the time of receipt. Most of our orders are prepared within 24-48 hours, but a minority of items must be manufactured. The manufacturing time is a maximum of 15 business days from order confirmation. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification message in your email.
In the event that turboswim.com cannot meet this deadline, the customer may proceed to confirm, change, or partially or totally cancel the order. If the customer opts for total cancellation, the amount paid will be fully refunded within a maximum of three business days.
Crotton, S.A. reserves the right to make partial shipments, which will not entail any additional charge for the customer.
The transit time, the time elapsed from when the order leaves our warehouses until delivery, is set from one day (mainland Spain) to four days (other destinations worldwide), depending on the location.
Crotton, S.A. cannot be held responsible for failure to meet these deadlines in cases of force majeure, such as total or partial strikes (especially of transportation means), or other similar causes.
3. Shipping costs
The rates for each zone will be calculated based on the recipient's geographical location and the weight/volume of the total items purchased. Shipping costs appear separately from the item price and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.
When all the items in the basket are confirmed, the online store automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you modify the items in your basket or change the destination of your order, the shipping costs may vary.
The shipping companies usually used in our shipments are:
Spain Mainland: Correos
Spain Balearic Islands: Spain-Tir
Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Correos
Rest of the world*: Correos / Fedex
*Shipments to Andorra and Russia by Certified Mail.
Crotton, S.A. reserves the right to change the transport agency, without this implying an exceptional cost for the customer or affecting the delivery conditions of their order.
4. Customs and taxes
Deliveries within the European Union.
The prices of the products available for sale in the online store include 21% VAT (items and shipping costs).
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are subject to various customs charges and taxes specific to their Autonomous Community. Payment of these, if any, will be the customer's responsibility and will be paid at the time of delivery of the merchandise.
Deliveries to non-EU countries.
The prices of the products available for sale in the online store do not include any type of tax from any country.
Tariffs and other customs charges, if any, will be borne by the customer and paid at the time of delivery of the merchandise. We advise you to inquire about the specific conditions of each country.
The purchase system is subject to the current legislation in Spain; therefore, sales operations will be understood as made at the domicile of Crotton, S.A. c/ Progrés 340, 08918 Badalona (Barcelona), Spain.
5. Precautions at the time of delivery
It is the recipient's responsibility to check the shipments upon arrival, noting in writing at the time of delivery any observations and claims they consider justified (including rejecting the package) if they find that the package may have been opened or shows clear signs of damage. These observations must be communicated to turboswim.com as soon as possible.
Returns
Any item purchased on turboswim.com has a total satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return part or all of the order by notifying us within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. Once we receive the product and confirm its good condition, we will refund the price of the item but not the shipping costs paid in the order.
If you wish to change the size, color, or model of the purchased item, you must proceed in the same way. Once we have verified the good condition of the product, we will start the production of the new item and resend it to you as soon as possible at no extra charge. Shipments are usually made by Correos; if you choose another method, you will be responsible for all costs.
In the case of defective products or those that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer, we will assume all costs arising from the exchange and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receiving the package, the good condition of the product will be confirmed and it will be verified that it was indeed an error on our part. Then, the new product will be shipped.
Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted for items that have been used, handled by the customer, or that do not arrive in their original packaging. Returns with postage due or cash on delivery will also not be accepted.
Wear or damage caused by use, misuse, or the passage of time will not be grounds for exchange.

Once the package is received at our warehouses and the contents reviewed, we will proceed according to the instructions indicated in the return form.
No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization from turboswim.com.
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be tried on with underwear.

Turboswim.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
We make every effort to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that such an error occurs at any time, completely beyond the control of turboswim.com, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will inform the customer of the error and they will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost to them.
The turboswim.com website, as well as the emails you receive from turboswim.com, contain material protected by copyright. You agree that you do not acquire ownership of this protected material merely by downloading information protected under copyright from the website. Crotton, S.A. owns and holds the rights to the selection, coordination, arrangement, and modification of the content published on the website, as well as its originals.
Users of the turboswim.com website will act responsibly and use the tools provided by turboswim.com correctly and legally. If turboswim.com determines that any user is not responsibly using the tools it provides, turboswim.com will be authorized to censor, edit, or block all types of information transmissions from this user or use of the turboswim.com system.
