USE AND CARE

Turbo

Below you will find some notes and guidelines that may be useful for wearing and caring for garments. Remember that - like all types of clothing – garments are not made to last forever. However, by following some simple but essential suggestions, you can extend the garment's lifespan.

BEFORE USE

Never use creams, balsamic oils, or warming products (winter) or sun protection products (summer) under garments made with elastic fibers. These products contain chemicals that lead to rapid deterioration of all fabrics made with spandex.

AFTER USE

After each use, hang the clothing in a well-ventilated area or wash it immediately. Do not hang garments in direct sunlight. Never store damp clothing in an unventilated environment (for example, plastic bags, sports bags, suitcases, etc.).

If your body tends to sweat a lot, rinse the garments after each use to protect the fibers from bacterial attacks that can lead to fabric deterioration.

WASHING

It is advisable to wash garments separately from other clothes/accessories to avoid friction. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside).

Machine washing is possible, but always use a laundry bag if possible, a delicate cycle, and warm water (max. 30° C). Do not use bleach and/or fabric softeners. Use only a mild liquid detergent. Do not soak, wring, or rub the garment. Avoid using a dryer after washing. To remove excess water from the garment, gently squeeze by hand. Garments can be dried flat or hung, but do not use a dryer.

PILLING

Fabric pilling does not occur on its own; it is always the result of friction and abrasion on rough surfaces. For this reason, we suggest avoiding excessive contact of the garment with rough or sharp surfaces that can wear down the fabric.

Remember that pilling is never a manufacturing defect but the result of the mechanical actions described above.
