Shipments

1. Delivery methods

We guarantee that we work with leading shipping companies (FedEx and Correos), which offer their customers an online shipment tracking system that lets you check the status of your shipment at any time.

2. Order dispatch times

Delivery times are average estimates covering preparation, manufacturing, and shipping. Delivery of orders from our online store may take anywhere from 48 hours to approximately 15 business days maximum, depending on the type of product and stock availability.

The exact timeframe for each order varies depending on stock availability when the order is received. Some of our orders are prepared within 24-48 hours, while other items must be manufactured. The manufacturing time is 15 business days from order confirmation. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification.

If turboswim.com is unable to meet this deadline, the customer may confirm, change, or partially or fully cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel the entire order, the full amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the applicable statutory period.

Crotton, S.A. reserves the right to make partial shipments without any additional charge to the customer.

Transit time, that is, the time between when the order leaves our warehouse and its delivery, depends on the location.

Crotton, S.A. cannot be held responsible for failure to meet these deadlines in cases of force majeure, such as a total or partial strike, especially involving means of transport, incidents beyond the company's control, or other similar causes.

3. Shipping costs

Rates for each zone are calculated based on the recipient's geographical location and the total weight/volume of the items purchased. Shipping costs are shown separately from the item price and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.

Once all items in the cart have been confirmed, the online store automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you change the items in your cart or the destination of your order, shipping costs may vary.

The shipping companies we generally use are:

Mainland Spain: Correos

Spain - Balearic Islands: Spain-Tir

Spain - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Correos

Rest of the world*: Correos / FedEx

*Shipments to Andorra and Russia by registered mail.

Crotton, S.A. reserves the right to change its shipping carrier, provided this does not result in any exceptional cost to the customer or adversely affect the delivery terms of their order.

4. Customs and taxes

Deliveries within the European Union

Product prices in the online store include 21% VAT when applicable, both on items and shipping costs.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to various customs charges and taxes specific to their autonomous communities. Any such charges incurred will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

Product prices in the online store do not include any taxes imposed by countries outside the European Union, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

Any customs duties and other customs charges incurred will be payable by the customer at the time of delivery. We recommend checking the specific requirements for each country in advance.

The purchasing system is subject to the laws in force in Spain; therefore, sales transactions will be deemed to have taken place at Crotton, S.A., Carrer Santander, 71, 08020 Barcelona, Spain.

5. Delivery information

The recipient is responsible for checking shipments upon arrival and noting any observations or claims they consider justified in writing at the time of delivery. They may even refuse the package if they find that it may have been opened or shows clear signs of damage.

These issues must be reported to turboswim.com as soon as possible, with photographs or documentation if necessary, so that we can review the incident with the shipping company.

Returns

Every item purchased at turboswim.com comes with a full satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of your order by notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in good condition, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping costs paid with the order. The initial return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; from then on, we will cover any other costs arising from the process.

If you wish to change the size, color or model of the item purchased, you should follow the same procedure. Once we have checked that the product is in good condition, we will begin production of the new item and resend it to you as soon as possible at no extra charge. Reshipments are usually sent via Correos. If you choose another method, you will be responsible for all costs. 

For defective products or products that do not match the customer's order, we will cover all costs arising from the exchange and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receiving the package, we will check that the product is in good condition and confirm that the error was indeed ours. We will then ship the replacement product.

Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted for items that have been used, handled by the customer or are not in their original packaging. Returns sent postage due or cash on delivery will also not be accepted.

Wear or damage caused by use, misuse or the passage of time will not be grounds for an exchange.

Once the package has arrived at our warehouse and its contents have been inspected, we will proceed according to the instructions provided on the return form.

No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization from turboswim.com.

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be tried on over underwear.

Content and information provided

Turboswim.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website, including changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions, at any time.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and free of typographical errors. If an error of this kind should occur at any time, entirely beyond the control of turboswim.com, it will be corrected immediately.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchasing decision based on that error, we will inform them of the error, and they will be entitled to cancel their purchase at no cost to them.

The website of turboswim.com, as well as the emails you receive from turboswim.com, contain copyrighted material. You agree that you do not acquire ownership of this protected material merely by downloading copyrighted or copyright-protected information from the website.

Crotton, S.A. owns or holds the necessary rights to the selection, coordination, arrangement and modification of the content published on the website, as well as its originals.

Users of the website turboswim.com will act responsibly and use the tools provided by turboswim.com correctly and lawfully. If turboswim.com determines that any user is not using the tools it provides responsibly, turboswim.com shall be entitled to censor, edit or block any type of information transmission by that user or use of the turboswim.com system.
